The Property

St. Omer was established as a Care Home in 1983 and is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection to accommodate 28 residents.

Built in the 1850s, it is a charming detached Victorian villa with many original features still in place, marble fireplaces, coved ceilings, wide main staircases and stained glass windows, all contributing to create a home of real interest and character.

The grounds of over an acre have level lawns, a gazebo and specimen trees, including a beautiful magnolia, which all contribute to a beautiful and tranquil setting. Garden seating and tables are provided so that less mobile residents may take advantage of the garden and enjoy the sea views over Torbay.

The property is set in a quiet road, close to bus stops and churches and convenient for the picturesque village of Cockington. Ample car parking can be found within the grounds.
