The Statement of Purpose is a viewable document which details the provisions made at St Omer to meet the care needs of residents and the facilities and services we offer.
The Service User Guide is another viewable document which is provided to all residents when they first arrive at St Omer.
We have two forms of contract, one for Permanent residence and the other for Respite care. Both are viewable.
