the communal rooms
We have two lounges; both of which are bright and airy, with large picture windows which overlook the sea.
One lounge houses our library of large print reference books, novels and talking books which are changed monthly. This lounge is usually quieter than the other which is more of a traditional TV lounge.
Our dining room has recently been refurbished with new tables and chairs. It is decorated with murals of Torquay at the turn of the 20th century.
The walls of the dining room are also decorated with examples of various crafts produced by the Residents with staff assistance.
