Our aims at St Omer are to maintain a happy, stimulating and stable environment for our residents, with the objective of sustaining a high quality of life and high quality of care whilst responding to the statutory requirements of both legislation and regulation.
We maintain a proactive policy of individual care and place the rights of the residents at the forefront of our philosophy.
We seek to advance these rights in all aspects of our environment and the services we provide.
We encourage our residents to exercise their rights in full.
We recognise that life in a communal setting may be inherently invasive and we therefore strive to maintain the independence, privacy and dignity of our residents to the same level that they would expect if they were living in their own homes.
We support the Cinnamon Trust and are 'Open for Dogs'
